These organizations are permanent committees that work year-around to identify good candidates for office and to help them get elected. Contributions to these organizations are directed to the specific campaigns where they can have the greatest effect.

• Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC)

National organization that works to elect Democrats to the U.S. Senate.

• Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC):

National organization that works to elect Democrats to the U.S. House.

State political action committee that works to elect Democrats to the state senate.
