Although the second district congressman served as chair of the National Republican Congressional Committee’s auditing panel while the NRCC’s treasurer was stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars right under Walden’s nose, Walden now says he’s the right person to hold other elected officials accountable.


Portland Mercury To Co-Sponsor Inauguration Dance Party!

Portland – The Portland Mercury will co-sponsor the “Change Is Here Dance Party” at Holocene.

The dance party is one of two ways the DPO is celebrating the inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama on Tuesday, January 20th.

Oregonians can attend the “Change Is Here Dance Party” at Holocene or the “Oregon Victory Ball” at the Tiffany Center.
